Mimi's Mission
A community-driven nonprofit running multiple programs for autistic individuals and their families across Southeast Michigan, including the groundbreaking 911READY initiative connecting families with first responders. They needed a platform that could handle all of it under one unified brand.
The Challenge
Mimi's Mission operates five distinct programs, each serving different populations with different needs, forms, and scheduling requirements. They also needed to manage donations, volunteer intake, sponsor showcasing, and a unique first responder enrollment portal.
The challenge: how do you create a website that serves all of those audiences simultaneously without overwhelming any single visitor or diluting the organization's core mission?
Our Solution
We designed a clear navigation architecture that lets each visitor quickly find their path, whether they are an autism parent looking for a support group, a first responder enrolling in 911READY, or a potential donor looking to understand the impact of their contribution.
Multi-step program registration forms, event scheduling, photo consent, waiver management, and donation integration were all built into a cohesive platform that Mimi's Mission can manage without technical help.
